Ken Hensly is a Cebu based artist from the Philippines. His creative process started as a child growing up in a family of fellow artists. His main source of influence comes from old comics, cartoons, anime, and street design. His craft is 2 pronged, ranging from toons and parodies to surrealistic art marked by his keen sense of detail and deep thoughts.
In his early 20’s, he started his own clothing line, Mermollie INK, locally known for its unprecedented gorelicious approach to apparel design which created quite a following. He has also made album covers and merchandise for international bands. His latest stint earned him recognition for designing various artworks for Netflix and their famous shows like Stranger Things, Money Heist and The Old Guard. On occasions, he would be invited as a public speaker to provide inspiration to the aspiring youth in the field of arts.
As an apparel designer, he also owns and designs for Kensuke Creations and Hensly.ltd, catering to a wide market of streetwear and cyber-mecha enthusiasts. During his free time, he continues creating mesmerizing works of art that go beyond reality.
